T-shirts for large runs

The Beagle T-shirt (CA6554) is the volume classic: around 30 colours, sizes from children's 1/2 up to 5XL — enough to kit out an entire workforce including apprentices from a single model. Alongside it sit the Stafford (CA6681) and the Dogo Premium (CA6502) as cotton basics.

Performance T-shirts

For work on the move and for sports teams there are polyester performance shirts such as the Bahrain (CA0407) and the Montecarlo (CA0425) — lighter, quick-drying and, from €3.35 net, only slightly dearer than the cotton basics.

Polo shirts for staff

The Star polo shirt (PO6638) has the widest colour choice among our Roly polos: around 35 colours, sizes from 1/2 to 4XL. For a more upmarket look there is the Pegaso Premium (PO6609).

Sweatshirts and hoodies

The Clasica sweatshirt (SU1070) and the Urban hooded sweatshirt (SU1067) cover classic crew wear and are available in large quantities.

High-visibility

Orderable models include the Vega hi-vis polo shirt (HV9315), the Tauri hi-vis T-shirt (HV9317), the Daily Stretch hi-vis trousers (HV9312) and the Beta hi-vis vest (HV9323). The Polaris polo shirt (HV9302), the Delta T-shirt (HV9310) and the Daily trousers (HV9307) are currently not orderable.

Work trousers

The entry point is the Naos hi-vis summer trousers (HV9300), joined by models with and without stretch and by flame-retardant trousers.

Medical and hospitality

The Panacea scrub top (CA9098) is orderable. The Vaccine lab coats (BA9094, women's cut BA9093), aprons such as the Benoit (DE9125) and the kitchen caps are currently not orderable.

Finishing recommendation — what suits Roly?

The cotton basics (Beagle, Stafford, Dogo Premium) are classic screen printing carriers. We offer screen printing from 50 pieces; for single-colour logos in particular, the unit price drops considerably on larger runs.

On the polyester performance models (Bahrain, Montecarlo), DTF is the more flexible choice — the print sits on top of the material and is independent of the fibre composition. Below 50 pieces we do not offer screen printing anyway — DTF is the choice there.

For workwear we recommend embroidery: on work trousers, jackets, coats and polo shirts it stands up well to industrial wash cycles, because the motif is made of thread rather than sitting on the fabric as a layer. One restriction applies to high-visibility clothing: reflective strips and fluorescent areas must not be printed or embroidered over, as this would compromise the protective effect. We therefore place logos on the non-reflective areas — please talk to us before placing a hi-vis order.
