Payment in the Configurator — How Checkout Works
- Configure — choose product, size, quantity and finishing in the Configurator.
- Add to cart — pricing updates live, incl. volume discount from 3 pieces (3%).
- Checkout — delivery address, billing address, payment method.
- Confirmation — order confirmation by email. For finishing orders, a mock-up follows for approval.
- Production — starts after print approval (with advance payment only after payment receipt).
- Shipping — shipping confirmation with tracking link by email. More at Delivery Times.
Security — What We Do
- SSL encryption on all checkout pages and payment inputs
- 3D Secure authentication for credit card payments
- PCI-DSS compliance of our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal)
- Buyer protection for private customers
