Classic Set In Sweat — 62-202-0

The brand's most ordered sweatshirt: 280 gsm of 80 % cotton and 20 % polyester, seamless ribbed collar, shoulder-to-shoulder neck tape, tubular construction without side seams. The set-in sleeves leave a straight, uninterrupted print area across the chest — which is why large front artwork sits cleanest here. Sizes S to 5XL, 20 colours.

Classic Raglan Sweat — 23701

Same weight and same price bracket as the Classic Set In Sweat, but with raglan sleeves: the diagonal sleeve seam runs into the neckline and narrows the print area towards the shoulders. In heather colours the fabric is 60 % cotton and 40 % polyester instead of 80/20. S–4XL, 19 colours.

Lightweight Raglan Sweat — 62-138-0

At 240 gsm the light version, not brushed on the inside — no pile that lifts during direct printing. Raglan sleeves, elastic ribbed cuffs, S–2XL, 12 colours. White is a little cheaper than the coloured versions; overall it is the cheapest adult sweatshirt on this page.

Kids' Classic Set-In Sweat — 28701

The kids' edition of the Classic Set In Sweat: also 280 gsm and 80 % cotton / 20 % polyester, with shoulder-to-shoulder neck tape and ribbed cuffs. Sizes 104 to 164 in 15 colours — useful when school classes or youth teams get the same artwork as the adults.

Premium Zip Neck Sweat — 62-032-0

A stand-up collar with a quarter zip instead of a crew neck, 280 gsm of 70 % ring-spun cotton and 30 % polyester, raglan sleeves. The short zip ends at chest height: a logo fits beside it, a continuous front motif does not. Nine colours, S–4XL — the version for office and field-sales teams.

Premium Set In Sweat — 62-154-0

Built like the Classic Set In Sweat (set-in sleeves, crew neck), but made of 70 % ring-spun cotton and 30 % polyester with a single-jersey neck tape. The ring-spun cotton gives a smoother surface, which you notice in fine screen-print halftones. Eight colours, S–3XL.

Which finishing fits Fruit of the Loom sweatshirts?

The 280 gsm models (62-202-0, 23701, 62-032-0, 62-154-0, 28701) are sturdy enough for heavy ink deposits: screen printing starts at 50 pieces and then pays off above all for large designs with few colours, embroidery is the most durable solution for company logos on the chest. On the 240 gsm Lightweight Raglan Sweat (62-138-0), DTF printing plays to its strength — multi-colour without screen set-up costs, even on small runs.

Mind the sleeve construction: on the set-in models (62-202-0, 62-154-0, 28701) the chest area is straight and fully printable, while on the raglan models (23701, 62-138-0, 62-032-0) the seam runs diagonally into the collar. Wide artwork therefore belongs on a set-in sweatshirt.
