    Frequently Asked Questions

Here are 15 answers to the questions we get asked most often — a mix for private buyers, clubs and organisations. If your question isn't covered, write to us via the contact form or the bulk order request. A compact service overview covering shipping, payment, claims and file requirements is bundled separately — practical when you want to look up conditions, delivery times or payment methods directly.

    Ordering and configurator

From what quantity can I order?

Most methods from one piece. Digital print (DTG), embroidery, DTF, flex and flock are possible from a single piece. We offer screen printing from 50 pieces, since each ink colour requires its own screen. The configurator shows you immediately at what quantity which method pays off.

    How does the configurator work?

In four steps: pick product, size and quantity, upload artwork, place the order. A detailed step-by-step guide with screenshots is in the configurator how-to. Most private orders are done in 5-10 minutes.

Can I also buy textiles unprinted?

Yes, every brand and model in our range can be ordered as a blank without finishing. Resellers, clubs that finish in-house, or organisations topping up stock all use this. Dispatch within 3–5 business days.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Private buyers: PayPal, credit card, Klarna, instant transfer and prepayment. Public authorities and public-sector institutions can order against invoice on request. Other business customers can use purchase on invoice via PayPal.

    Finishing and methods

    Which print lasts longest?

Screen printing and embroidery are among the most durable methods — they typically outlast the shirt itself. On technical polyester fabrics flex print is often the better choice, because it adheres to sportswear better than print pastes. A detailed comparison is in the finishing hub.

What's the difference between DTG and DTF?

DTG (Direct to Garment) prints directly on fabric — ideal for cotton and photo motifs. DTF (Direct to Film) prints on a film that is then transferred to the shirt — ideal for blends, polyester and technical fabrics. DTG feels softer on cotton, DTF is brilliant on any fabric.

When does screen printing pay off?

We offer screen printing from 50 pieces; on large runs it gets cheaper per piece than digital methods — for single-colour motifs from 100 pieces at every motif size, with several colours depending on motif size and textile colour. The trick: the screens are set up once per order, then each pass is extremely fast — unit costs drop sharply with volume. Set-up costs €20 per screen (net, plus VAT), one screen per ink colour; on coloured textiles a white underbase is added as an extra screen, not on white and off-white. The underbase also counts as one more colour in the unit price. Set-up is charged on every order, including reorders — we keep your print data on file.

    When does embroidery pay off?

Embroidery is the premium choice for logos on polos, caps, workwear and softshell jackets. It is available from one piece; the unit price depends on the stitch area. On top comes the digitising fee per motif on every order — €27.50 to €88.00 depending on stitch area (net, plus VAT), including reorders; we keep your embroidery file on file. For complex full-area motifs print is cheaper; for logos with clear shapes embroidery is hard to beat.

    Delivery times and shipping

How long does production with finishing take?

It depends on the method. From print approval, standard production takes 5–7 business days for digital print (DTG/DTF) and flex/flock print, 6–8 for transfer print, 7–10 for screen printing and 8–12 for embroidery; shipping comes on top (1–2 business days within Germany). Standard delivery with finishing takes 7–10 business days for most orders. Express delivery in 3–5 business days is available on request, provided stock is available and no special colour-blend is needed.

Do you ship to other EU countries?

Yes, we ship to Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and all other EU countries, as well as Switzerland. Shipping to the EU takes 3–6 business days after production, depending on the destination (1–2 business days within Germany). At checkout you see shipping cost and delivery time for your destination.

    What does shipping cost?

Within Germany 4.95 EUR standard, free shipping from 100 EUR order value. This applies regardless of quantity, including bulk orders. Shipping to all EU countries costs 17.95 EUR, to other European countries such as Switzerland or Norway 24.95 EUR.

    Files and print preparation

Which file formats do you accept?

PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF and AI up to 50 MB. We recommend 300 dpi for raster files or vector files (SVG/AI/PDF) when your logo is built from lines and shapes. For embroidery we need the logo as vector or a high-resolution line scan, since the embroidery file is generated from it.

My logo is only available as a small JPG — what should I do?

Send the file anyway. Our graphics team checks whether the resolution is enough for your desired print area or whether re-vectorisation is needed. Re-vectorisation is priced on request — we tell you the price transparently in advance.

Can I get a sample print before a bulk order?

Yes. On request we produce a sample piece you'll have in hand before the bulk order — price on request, timing agreed with you. Sample prints are especially popular for club jerseys with player names and for company logos on chest embroidery.

    Special requests

Do you also do special colours (Pantone) or neon?

Yes. In screen printing we mix Pantone colours individually on request, in digital print neon effects are limited. For very specific colour wishes we'd happily have a brief upfront conversation — write to us via the bulk order request.

We're a club — do you also handle jersey numbers and player names?

Yes. Club jerseys with back numbers and player names are standard at our shop. You send us the list, we implement it — typically in flex print, since it adheres best to technical fabrics. More under club textiles.
