BG110 Icon Gymsac — the largest print area
The Icon Gymsac holds 15 litres, is made from 150 gsm polyester and has a hidden zip pocket the other two gymsacs do not have. Its finishing area goes up to 36 × 42 cm — the largest of the BagBase gymsac trio, which is why it is the first choice for full-surface club and event artwork. Nine of the 18 colours are contrast versions with a colour-blocked drawcord.
BG10 Premium Gymsac — 25 colours, water-repellent
The Premium Gymsac is made from 210D polyester with a water-repellent finish, holds 11 litres and measures 34 × 45 cm. With 25 colours it has the widest palette of the three gymsacs — useful when teams, year groups or kit colours need to be told apart. The drawcord pulls shut and carries as a backpack or over the shoulder.
BG5 Budget Gymsac — same fabric, smaller choice
BG5 and BG10 share the fabric (210D polyester, water-repellent) and the volume (11 litres). The difference is purely colour choice and price: the BG5 comes in 9 colours at a single, lower price, the BG10 in 25 colours. For single-colour bulk runs of several hundred pieces, the BG5 is therefore the cheapest entry point on this page.
BG855 Roll-Top Backpack — with laptop compartment
The Roll-Top Backpack is made from 600D polyester, holds 20 litres and is the only model on this page with a separate laptop compartment for devices up to 15.6 inches. The roll-top closure can be rolled down further or less depending on how full the bag is. The five colours are muted (Black, Grey Marl/Black, French Navy, Military Green, Caramel) — this is the model for company onboarding and staff kit.
BG125 Original Fashion Backpack — 32 colours
The Original Fashion Backpack is the classic daypack: 600D polyester at 380 gsm, 18 litres, 31 × 42 × 21 cm, padded back panel, padded shoulder straps and a zipped front pocket. It differs from the BG855 through its classic flap cut instead of a roll-top and through the colour range: 32 colours, many of them two-tone. The finishing area is 20 × 15 cm.
BG140 Original Barrel Bag — 20-litre holdall
The Original Barrel Bag has a cylindrical cut, holds 20 litres (50 × 25 × 25 cm) and is made from 600D polyester with a detachable, adjustable shoulder strap and woven grab handles. It offers three finishing positions: print front 13 × 12 cm, print sides 15 × 15 cm, embroidery front Ø 12 cm and sides Ø 18 cm. Twelve of the 13 colours are two-tone combinations for club colours.
Which finishing fits BagBase Bags?
All six models are polyester (150 gsm, 210D or 600D) — the fabric takes screen printing cleanly and from 50 pieces it is also the most economical option, because the set-up (€20 per screen, net, on every order; on coloured bags a white underbase adds one more screen) is spread across many units; we do not offer screen printing below 50 pieces. For multi-colour artwork and small runs, digital printing is cheaper; embroidery gives the most premium look on the 600D models (BG855, BG125, BG140).
Watch the area: the BG110 takes a full-surface motif up to 36 × 42 cm, the BG125 20 × 15 cm, the BG140 13 × 12 cm at the front. A logo that sits generously on the gymsac has to be scaled down on the barrel bag — the configurator shows the limit directly on the model.
