Colours = colourways listed in the range; which of them are in stock right now is shown on the product itself. Prices are net per-piece blank prices (plus VAT) before finishing and before volume discount. The colour furthest above the base price is Denim: it costs €27.02 instead of €22.68 on the 50054 and the 51354; a few other colourways differ as well — the exact price is shown on the product itself.
Luxury Stretch Polo 50054 — 25 colours and the full size run
215 gsm mini pique in 95 % organic cotton and 5 % elastane, pre-shrunk twice, with a flat-knit collar containing elastane, a three-button placket and a neck tape. That elastane content is why the collar still stands after many washes — the point that separates it from plain pique. It is the only Tee Jays stretch polo that goes to 5XL.
Ladies’ Luxury Stretch Polo 145 — same fabric, 39 colourways
The women’s cut of the 50054: the same 215 gsm mini pique with 5 % elastane, but fitted and with a five-button placket instead of three. With 39 listed colourways it is the most colour-rich item in the whole Tee Jays range — and also the one where it pays to check availability, because not every colour is permanently in stock. S–3XL.
Heavy Polo Pique 1400 — 100 % cotton, no stretch, up to 5XL
215 gsm pique in 100 % combed, ring-spun cotton — the same weight as the stretch polo, but without elastane and therefore €3.36 net cheaper. Two-button placket, shoulder-to-shoulder neck tape, double seams at shoulders, armholes and hem, washable at 60 °C. Those 60 °C are exactly what make it the model for hospitality and care. Four colours, S–5XL; the women’s counterpart is the 1401 (57854), likewise from €19.32 net.
Luxury LS Stretch Polo 1406 — the long-sleeve version
Dense mini pique at 215 gsm in 95 % organic cotton and 5 % elastane, long sleeves with cuffs, flat-knit collar with elastane, three-button placket, shoulder-to-shoulder neck tape. Materially identical to the 50054; the €4.20 net premium is purely the extra fabric. Only three colours (white, black, navy), S–3XL.
Pima Cotton Polo 1440 — the most expensive and the finest
220 gsm of 100 % Pima cotton with an enzyme wash: the finest cotton quality in the Tee Jays polo range and by some margin the softest hand. Narrow placket with anthracite logo buttons, reinforced shoulders, body-skimming cut. Four colours, S–3XL — the director’s polo, not the team shirt.
Luxury Sport Polo 7200 — 140 gsm performance interlock
The one polo in the range with no cotton in it: 140 gsm of 100 % polyester interlock with strong moisture transport, a reinforced collar, a two-button placket with anthracite buttons and a fitted cut. At 75 gsm lighter than the pique models it is the lightest of the six — built for field teams, tournaments and hot days. Five colours, S–3XL.
Which finishing fits Tee Jays polo shirts?
On polos, embroidery is the right answer most of the time: the logo sits on the left chest, the area is small, and at 215–220 gsm the pique carries the stitching without pulling. There are no screens to pay for, so embroidery works from 1 piece; the unit price falls with quantity, and digitising is added on every order — for an 8 × 8 cm chest logo (64 cm²), for example, €14.59 net per piece at 1–9 pieces or €9.12 at 20–49 pieces, plus €44.00 net digitising.
Flex printing suits one- or two-colour artwork in small runs (price on request); screen printing starts at 50 pieces and only pays off once the run is large enough to spread the set-up (€20 per screen, net, on every order) across many pieces.
One special case is the Luxury Sport Polo 7200: 100 % polyester. There we recommend DTF or transfer printing; conventional screen printing on polyester calls for low-migration inks. Talk to us before planning a large run on it.
On the stretch models (50054, 145, 1406), remember that mini pique gives under tension — so put large, rigid prints on the pique models 1400 or 1440 instead.
