Ablaze Printable Softshell — TRA628 (art. 85617)
The name says what the jacket is built for: 265 gsm windproof softshell with clean surfaces on chest and back, full zip with a wind flap and chin guard, side pockets. Ten colours in stock, six of them two-tone — the widest colour field in the Regatta workwear range and therefore the model to pick when departments need to be told apart by colour. The womens cut is a separate item, art. 85717, in sizes 10 (36) to 20 (46), also at €17.64 net.
Thor III Interactive Fleece — TRF532 (art. 81817)
280 gsm anti-pilling fleece with raglan sleeves, full zip, zipped side pockets and a drawcord hem. The heaviest fleece in this selection and, at XS–4XL, the second-widest size run — that combination makes it the default mid-layer when a mixed workforce is kitted out from one model. Nine colours in the shop. How the model is embroidered is covered in detail on the Thor III page.
Dover Bomber Jacket — art. 42017
The only weatherproof jacket here that starts at 2XS and runs to 4XL: a 195 gsm wind- and waterproof shell rated 5,000 mm with taped seams, a 250 gsm anti-pilling fleece lining and a hood stowed in the collar. Seven colours in stock, six of them two-tone. For fleets, gatehouses and field service, where the jacket is worn all day and should not look like sportswear.
Ardmore rain jacket — TRW461 (art. 46117)
The waterproof position and, at €43.69 net, the most expensive of the six: 200 gsm Hydrafort 5000 polyester with taped seams, mesh lining, an integrated hood with drawcord and adjustable cuffs. Six colours in stock, including Keylime/Seal Grey and Classic Red as two loud combinations for teams that need to stay visible outdoors. It has a concealed finishing access in the lining, which is why it can be embroidered without piercing the membrane.
Classic Fleece Jacket — TRF570 (art. 80217)
250 gsm anti-pilling polyester, brushed inside, with a stand collar, set-in sleeves, zipped side pockets and a drawcord hem. Priced the same as the Thor III but simpler in build: no raglan cut, instead the classic fleece look many companies run as their house jacket. Available up to 4XL, but only in three colours — Black, Seal Grey and Navy.
Stormbreak Overtrousers — art. 69517
The only trousers in the range and, at €13.44 net, the cheapest workwear item: waterproof Hydrafort 5000 polyester with welded seams, an elasticated waistband, press studs at the hem and side pocket openings. They are pulled over the work trousers rather than replacing them, which is why they come unisex in S–3XL and only in Black and Navy.
Which finishing fits Regatta Workwear?
Regatta workwear is not one material, and that is exactly what decides the process. The fleece jackets TRF532 and TRF570 are 280 and 250 gsm anti-pilling polyester — embroidery is the default there, because the pile visually swallows a flat print. The Ablaze softshell TRA628 is explicitly built for finishing and takes screen print, embroidery, transfer and vinyl print equally well.
That stops applying on the waterproof builds: Dover Bomber, Ardmore rain jacket and Stormbreak trousers have taped or welded seams, and every embroidery needle puts a hole through the membrane. Dover and Ardmore therefore carry a finishing access in the lining — we open the lining, embroider and close it again. Where that access is missing, as on the Stormbreak trousers, transfer printing is the alternative. Tell us the model with your inquiry and we plan the process around it; flex printing stays for names and very small quantities.
