Every other model in the table carries the same price in every colour — there is no cheap entry colour that makes the rest look expensive. Snapback Trucker B640 — cotton at the front, mesh at the back
The B640 is our highest-volume cap: front panel and peak in 100 % cotton, side and back panels in polyester mesh, closed with a plastic clip. Almost all 24 colours are two-tone combinations (Black/Lime Green, French Navy/White, Chocolate/Caramel), which makes it the trucker for festival and band merch. The seamless front panel takes embroidery and transfer without a centre seam in the way.
Dad Cap B653 — soft crown instead of a stiff front panel
The B653 is the opposite of the trucker: 6 panels in chino cotton, a soft unstructured crown, pre-curved peak and a tri-glide closure. It sits flat and low on the head — the choice for streetwear labels and team wear that do not want a stand-up front. The seven colours are deliberately muted (beige, pastel mint, pastel lemon, navy, black).
Original Flat Peak Snapback B660 — flat peak, polyester twill
B660 and B15 differ less in cut than in material and closure: the B660 is made of 100 % polyester twill with a flat, 6-row stitched peak and a retro clip closure, and the underside of the peak is green in every colour except Black/Black/Black. Polyester takes flex print cleanly; for this item we recommend hand washing.
Ultimate 5 Panel Cap B15 — cotton drill with a hook-and-loop closure
The B15 uses the same 5-panel layout as the B660 but is made of 100 % cotton drill and closes with hook-and-loop instead of a clip. That makes it the tougher, knock-resistant option for construction, trade fairs and club kit — and at €3.35 net it costs the same in all ten solid colours. It has eyelets and a seamless front panel as well.
Cord Cap B682 — corduroy instead of twill
The B682 is the only model in this selection with a corduroy surface: 6 panels in 100 % cotton cord, a cotton twill sweatband and a clip closure. Four colours (black, oxford navy, dark olive, camel). The ribbed structure is a matter of taste for embroidery — large shapes look livelier on it, but we do not recommend fine lettering below 4 mm in height here.
Vintage Cap B655 — washed cotton, brass clasp
The B655 ships brushed and washed, with a flat 6-panel cut, a pre-curved peak and a brass-coloured clasp. With 17 vintage colourways from vintage denim through vintage mustard to vintage jungle camo it is the most colourful cap in this selection after the B640 (24 colours). Worth knowing for your quote: washed fabric takes embroidery thread with a softer look than fresh drill.
Which finishing fits which Beechfield cap?
- Embroidery — first choice on the cotton models with a firm front (B15, B682, B655) and for runs from around 25 pieces. On the soft crown of the B653 you embroider smaller and flatter.
- Flex printing — the most economical option for small runs and on the polyester twill of the B660.
- Transfer printing — for multi-colour logos and gradients; works on all six models.
On the B640 the printable area ends at the seam to the mesh — plan the artwork onto the front panel, not across the edge.
