Classic Hooded Sweat Jacket — 29401

The jacket version with a concealed full zip: 280 gsm of 80 % cotton and 20 % polyester, double-layered hood with a matching drawcord, patch pockets. Because the zip sits hidden, both chest panels stay clear — this is the model for a chest embroidery plus a large back print. It is the only one of the six models that goes up to size 5XL.

Premium Hooded Sweat — 62-152-0

The classic pull-over hoodie, 280 gsm of 70 % ring-spun cotton and 30 % polyester, with a kangaroo pocket. Ring-spun cotton gives a smoother surface than the 80/20 fabric of the Classic line, which shows in fine screen-print halftones and dense embroidery. Available in S–4XL and 12 colours.

Ladies' Classic Hooded Sweat — 24901

A fitted cut with side seams and elastane in the cuffs, otherwise the same 280 gsm 80/20 fabric as the Classic models. With 21 colours it offers the widest colour choice among our Fruit of the Loom hoodies — useful when club or corporate colours have to match exactly. Sizes XS–XXL.

Premium Hooded Zip Sweat — 62-034-0

It differs from the Premium Hooded Sweat only in the concealed full zip and the patch pockets: fabric weight (280 gsm), material (70 % cotton / 30 % polyester) and regular fit are identical. Choose the zip version when the main artwork moves to the back and the front carries only a small logo. Eight colours, S–4XL.

Kids' Classic Hooded Sweat Jacket — 62-045-0

The kids' edition of the Classic jacket: 280 gsm, 80 % cotton / 20 % polyester, concealed full zip, side pockets, sizes 116 to 164. Useful when youth and adult teams get the same artwork — cut and fabric match model 29401. The price is the same across all sizes and colours.

Lightweight Hooded Sweat — 21201

At 240 gsm the lightest model, and not brushed on the inside, so there is no pile that lifts during direct printing. Raglan sleeves and a kangaroo pocket, S–2XL, 12 colours. The pick for summer events, trade-fair crews and runs where the unit price decides.

Which finishing fits Fruit of the Loom hoodies?

The 280 gsm models (29401, 62-152-0, 62-034-0, 24901, 62-045-0) carry heavy ink deposits without trouble: screen printing starts at 50 pieces and is then usually the cheapest maths for large designs with few colours, embroidery the most premium look for company logos on the chest. On the 240 gsm Lightweight Hooded Sweat, DTF printing stays the most flexible option — multi-colour artwork without screen set-up costs, even on small runs.

On the zip models (29401, 62-034-0) the zip placket runs down the middle of the front. A continuous front motif is not possible there; plan a chest logo at the front and the large artwork on the back instead.
