How easy it is to design your workwear
Four steps, no minimum order, transparent prices. You see the per-piece final price already in the configurator.
- Choose model — Polo, pullover, apron or T-shirt. Filterable by brand, colour, size and price.
- Set quantity — One piece or thousand. Quantity discount applied automatically.
- Upload or design logo — Vector (SVG, AI, EPS) preferred for embroidery. We check the file and get back to you.
- Order and decorate — We digitise the embroidery motif, embroider or print and deliver in 7–10 working days as standard (embroidery: 8–12 working days production plus shipping).
If you do not have a print-ready logo, our graphics team handles the preparation (price on request). Logo digitising (embroidery programme) costs €27.50–€88.00 net, plus VAT, depending on the stitch area and is charged on every embroidery order, including reorders; we keep your embroidery file.
Which decoration suits workwear?
Workwear has to withstand industrial laundry, mechanical stress and often chemical cleaners. Not every process is suitable for that.
- Embroidery — The standard process for workwear. Boil-wash safe up to 95 °C, mechanically virtually indestructible, lasts for years. Ideal for B&C polos and Karlowsky aprons. Sensible from 1 piece, especially economical from 20 pieces.
- Transfer printing — Robust alternative for complex, multi-colour logos. Industrial-wash compatible with specialised transfer foils. From 1 piece.
- Reflective printing — On request for safety workwear (construction, logistics at night). Highly reflective foils, EN ISO 20471 available.
- Screen printing — Possible from 50 pieces, but used less often on workwear, since the material is often too structured and industrial laundry stresses the print image more.
Not sure which process is right? Send us logo, workwear model and quantity — we recommend the most economical method by email by the next business day (Monday to Friday) at the latest.
Quantity discount — pricing tiers
The quantity discount applies to the workwear price (the goods), not to embroidery, printing or the digitising fee. The tier is set by the quantity per product — all sizes and colours of one model count together. The configurator shows the workwear price per model live.
| Quantity | Discount on the goods |
|---|---|
| 1–2 pcs | — |
| from 3 pcs | 3 % |
| from 20 pcs | 10 % |
| from 50 pcs | 15 % |
| from 100 pcs | 25 % |
| from 200 pcs | 30 % |
| from 500 pcs | 32 % |
The embroidery itself is priced by stitch area and quantity according to the embroidery price list. Example chest logo 8 × 8 cm (64 cm², tier up to 70 cm²): €14.59 per piece for 1–9 pieces, €9.12 for 20–49, €6.92 for 50–99 and €5.28 for 100–149 pieces, plus the digitising fee of €44.00 on every order, including reorders. Each additional embroidery position (back, sleeve) is priced the same way by area and quantity, with its own unit price and its own digitising fee. All prices net, plus VAT.
