All prices net, plus VAT, per print or embroidery position, excluding the garment. Screen print: one-colour motif on a white shirt — on coloured shirts the white underbase is added as a further screen and also counts as one more colour in the unit price; set-up (€20 per screen) is charged on every order. Digital print (DTG; DTF runs as digital print with us): motif up to 25 × 20 cm, no set-up. Embroidery: chest logo 8 × 8 cm (64 cm², tier up to 70 cm²), plus digitising €44.00 per order.

Configurator workflow — T-shirt order in 5 steps
- Pick brand and model. In the configurator filter brand, then model. Recommendations: Stanley/Stella Creator for organic brand tees, Gildan 64000 for price-driven modern, FOTL Valueweight for club classic, Stedman ST2000 for promo, B&C Exact 190 for mid-range.
- Calculate colours and sizes. Order mixable (XS–5XL by model, women's/men's/kids' cuts). Volume ladder from 3 pcs (3 %), 100 pcs (25 %), 500 pcs (32 %) — on the goods, per model across all sizes and colours.
- Upload the artwork. Vector SVG/PDF for screen print and embroidery. PNG at 300 dpi for DTG and DTF. Logo-file tips: Prepare logo file.
- Pick finishing. The configurator recommends the suitable method automatically — DTG for photo on organic cotton, screen print for single-colour at 100+ pcs, DTF for multi-colour designs at medium quantity.
- Approve the preview. PDF preview before production. For Pantone sponsor colours a pre-press sample is recommended (price on request).
Experience cases — three typical T-shirt orders
Case 1 — Berlin ad agency, 250 crew tees with DTF in 5 days
An ad agency in Berlin organised a 3-day conference with 250 attendees and needed conference crew tees. Model: Gildan 64000 in black. Lead time: 5 working days (too short for screen-print plate setup). Finishing: two-sided DTF, run as digital print with us (chest logo monochrome, back conference title + sponsors in 4 colours). Print at 250 pieces: €1.64 (chest, up to 15 × 10 cm) + €3.32 (back, up to 40 × 25 cm) = €4.96 net per shirt, no set-up; plus the shirts as on the product page with 30 % off the goods. Delivery on the 5th working day with UPS Express (express production on request). Sponsor visibility per agency report +35 % at the three follow-up events.
Case 2 — South German sports club, 180 Heavy Cotton tees with sponsor layout
A handball club ordered 180 Gildan 5000 in royal blue for the season opener of men's, women's and youth teams. Finishing: screen print chest (club logo three-colour) + back (5 sponsor logos single-colour in grid). Print at 180 pieces: chest 4 screens (3 colours + white underbase on royal blue) at €1.93 per piece, set-up €80. Back 2 screens (1 colour + underbase) at €1.43 per piece, set-up €40. Print total €724.80 net; plus the shirts as on the product page with 25 % off the goods. Delivery 11 working days in two tranches.
Case 3 — Lübeck fashion label, 80 Stanley/Stella Creator organic drop
A young streetwear label ordered 80 Creators in three colours (black, cotton pink, bottle green) for a wholesale drop. GOTS certificate mandatory. Finishing: one-sided DTG print front (photo-realistic motif four-colour, full area up to 45 × 35 cm). Print at 80 pieces: €5.00 net per shirt, no set-up; plus the shirts as on the product page with 15 % off the goods. GOTS certificate delivered as PDF. Delivery 7 working days.
