How easy it is to design your T-shirt

- Choose product — Brand, model, colour and size. Filterable by organic, heavyweight or workwear.
- Set quantity — One piece or one thousand. Volume discount calculated automatically.
- Upload or design — Logo (PNG, SVG, AI, EPS), photo or text editor. Preview on a 3D model.
- Order and have customised — We check your file, print or embroider and ship in 5–10 working days.
If you don't have a print-ready file, our graphics team handles the prep for a small flat fee. For bulk orders (from 100 pieces), file prep is free.
Which finishing suits which T-shirt?
Not every method suits every material and quantity. Here's our recommendation:
- Digital printing (DTG) — Ideal for Stanley/Stella Creator and Cruiser. Photo quality, soft handle, economical from 1 piece.
- Screen printing — For classics like FOTL Valueweight and Russell Heavy Duty R-599M. Brilliant colours, very durable, worthwhile from 50 pieces.
- Embroidery — Logos on chest or sleeve. High-quality and long-lasting. Sensible from 5 pieces because of setup effort.
- DTF printing — For complex designs on blends or synthetics. Also from very small quantities.

Volume discount — pricing tier
The tier refers to the per-piece price (blank + finishing). Example calculation for a Stanley/Stella Creator T-shirt with single-sided DTG print A4:

For screen-printing orders, economics shift markedly toward larger quantities — but multi-colour prints from 50 pieces are often cheaper than DTG.

Example 1 — Tech startup, 35 pieces A Berlin SaaS company ordered 35 Stanley/Stella Creator in heather grey with a four-colour DTG logo on the chest. Final price: €17.40/piece including shipping. Delivery time: 6 working days. Use case: onboarding kit for new staff.
