How easy it is to design your T-shirt

- Order and have customised — We check your file, print or embroider and deliver as standard in 7–10 working days.

Which finishing suits which T-shirt?
Not every method suits every material and quantity. Here's our recommendation:
- Digital printing (DTG) — Ideal for Stanley/Stella Creator and Cruiser. Photo quality, soft handle, economical from 1 piece.
- Screen printing — For classics like FOTL Valueweight and Russell Heavy Duty R-599M. Brilliant colours, very durable, available from 50 pieces.
- Embroidery — Logos on chest or sleeve. High-quality and long-lasting. Sensible from 5 pieces because of setup effort.
- DTF printing — For complex designs on blends or synthetics. Also from very small quantities. DTF runs as digital printing with us, at the same prices.

Volume discount — pricing tier
The tiers apply to the goods only (the T-shirt), never to finishing or set-up:

Example calculation for a Stanley/Stella Creator T-shirt with single-sided DTG print A4: the shirt is priced as on the product page, less the tier above. The A4 DTG print (624 cm², format up to 40 × 25 cm) is added without discount and without set-up: €5.00 per piece at 1–24 pieces, €4.83 at 25–49, €4.16 at 50–99, €3.74 at 100–249, €3.32 at 250–499, €3.15 at 500–999 and €2.98 from 1,000 pieces — all prices net, plus VAT. The configurator shows the live final price.
Screen printing is available from 50 pieces; it pays off above all with few colours and larger quantities. Example 100 white shirts with a two-colour logo: in screen printing the print costs €1.43 per piece plus €40 set-up (€20 per screen), €183.00 net in total. In DTG (logo up to 15 × 10 cm) it is €2.06 × 100 = €206.00 net.
Example orders from our workshop
Example 1 — Tech startup, 35 pieces A Berlin SaaS company ordered 35 Stanley/Stella Creator in heather grey with a four-colour DTG logo (up to 15 × 10 cm) on the chest. Price: shirts as on the product page with 10 % off the goods, plus DTG print at 25–49 pieces of €3.15 net per piece, no set-up. Delivery time: standard 7–10 working days. Use case: onboarding kit for new staff.
Example 2 — Sports club, 22 jerseys TSV Eintracht 1898 had 22 FOTL Valueweight T-shirts in club red printed via digital printing (club logo chest + player name and number on the back) — screen printing is only available from 50 pieces, and digital printing handles individual player names without set-up. Price: shirts as on the product page with 10 % off the goods, plus print at 1–24 pieces of €3.32 (chest, up to 15 × 10 cm) + €4.16 (back, up to 25 × 20 cm) = €7.48 net per piece. Delivery time: 9 working days.
Example 3 — Stag party, 12 pieces Private customer ordered 12 black B&C Inspire with individual DTG print per person (nickname per shirt). Price: shirts as on the product page with 3 % off the goods, plus DTG print at 1–24 pieces of €3.32–5.84 net per print position depending on motif size, no set-up. Delivery time: standard 7–10 working days.
