Layout standard: first name on the chest, age of the birthday kid large, optional photo. Single-sided DTG print costs from €3.32 per piece in a 5-set (motif up to 15 × 10 cm, net, plus VAT), plus the shirt. Common case: one crew shirt per kid (6–10 pieces) plus a special shirt for the birthday kid in contrast colour.
Persona 2 — Milestone birthday adults
Stanley/Stella Creator + Stella Expresser (women's slim) for 30/40/50/60-year-olds. Organic cotton, GOTS certified, soft hand-feel — ideal for photoshoots and personal gifts. Layout standard: photo of the birthday person or slogan ("50 — the start of the start") plus crew shirts for family and friends. The configurator shows the price with DTG print live.
Persona 3 — Family set
B&C Inspire #T190 + Inspire Kids #TK190 for families with parents and kids in a uniform look. Both organic cotton, same colour palette. Layout: family name or family photo on all shirts. The configurator shows the set price live.

Kids' birthday shirts — OEKO-TEX (Stedman Kids) or organic cotton
Parents have two main demands on kids' shirts: pollutant-free fabrics (for sensitive children's skin) and a price that works for an 8-piece crew. Tested for harmful substances to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is the Stedman model; B&C Inspire Kids is the heavier organic-cotton alternative:

Milestone birthdays follow a different persona logic: the birthday person is honoured with a special shirt, family and friends wear crew shirts. Standard layouts have established per age.
30 crew — for friends and siblings
Persona: 28–32 years, often first milestone with own friends' circle. Popular slogans: "Finally 30", "30 and Not One Bit Quiet", "[Name]'s Thirties Crew". Recommended: Stanley/Stella Creator, DTG with photo. Crew size 6–15 people.
40 crew — for siblings and closest friends

Family sets — parents and kids in a uniform look
Family sets are the most emotional category. Concept: family of three to five for birthday, family celebration or photo occasion. Recommended: B&C Inspire #T190 for parents, B&C Inspire Kids #TK190 for children. Both from the same organic line, same colour palette.

DTG print survives 30–40 washes at 40 °C, flex 50+, screen print 50+ at 60 °C. First wash cold and inside out, then normal machine wash. For kids' birthday crews with frequent washing we recommend DTG plus flex (photo plus name).
