Print prices per print position, net, plus VAT, without the textile. Digital print (DTG and DTF, same price) for a motif up to 25 × 20 cm, no set-up. Screen print for a single-colour motif with set-up €20 per screen (net) — on coloured shirts the white underbase is added as a second screen and also counts in the unit price.
For a 25-pupil class with single-colour class name, digital print (DTG or DTF, same price) is the choice — screen print is only available from 50 pieces. For two classes together (50+ pieces), screen print becomes possible and is often cheaper for single-colour motifs.
Configurator workflow — school trip order in 5 steps
- Pick the model. Classes 5–6: FOTL Valueweight Budget or Stedman ST2000 Kids. Classes 7–10: Stedman ST2000. Graduating classes (10/12): B&C Inspire Bio. Hoodies (all classes): B&C Open Hood (drawcord-free).
- Configure sizes and cuts. Per pupil name + size (XS–3XL adult, 98–164 kids). Women's cut (Stedman ST2600) for girls, unisex (ST2000) for boys. The volume ladder is calculated per model across all sizes.
- Pick slogan or class logo. 25 prepared slogan templates in the configurator ("Class 9b Berlin 2026", "Year 12 — Sylt Crew", etc.). On request individual class logo with mascot or city skyline.
- Pick finishing. DTF one-sided for 25-pupil classes (multi-colour, fast, no plate setup). Screen print from 50 pieces. Individual pupil names in digital print (flex print on request).
- Collective invoice on request. Class rep places the order, requests a collective invoice if needed, sends class treasury address. We send photo proof by email to class rep for approval before production.

A typical example: Class 9b at a Hamburg comprehensive school orders 28 Stedman ST2000 in royal blue for a 4-day Berlin school trip. Finishing: two-sided DTF (chest "Class 9b" + back "Berlin 2026"). Print cost at 28 pieces, e.g. chest up to 15 × 10 cm (€3.15) plus back up to 25 × 20 cm (€3.99): €7.14 net per piece, no set-up; plus the shirt (price in the configurator). Collective invoice to class treasury (school support association) on request. Standard delivery in 7–10 working days to the class rep.
Case 2 — Year-group trip from Munich, 95 B&C Inspire Bio tees
The entire Year 12 of a Munich gymnasium orders 95 B&C Inspire tees in black for a 5-day Italy year-group trip (memorabilia for graduation year). Finishing: two-sided screen print (year-group logo + Italy lettering). Print cost at 95 pieces, e.g. single colour per side on the black shirt (2 screens per side with white underbase): 2 × €2.20 = €4.40 per piece plus €80 set-up (4 screens at €20). Total €498.00 net; plus the shirts (price in the configurator, volume discount 15 % from 50 pieces). Delivery 12 working days, all in a single shipment. Recommendation: place school trip orders at least 4 weeks before departure. During high season (April–June school trips) production may also take longer — with very short lead time contact us directly via the bulk-order inquiry.
Volume calculation examples for typical class sizes
Class 25 pupils — Stedman ST2000 with two-sided DTF: At 25 pieces the print costs €3.99 per side (motif up to 25 × 20 cm), so 25 × €7.98 = €199.50 net, plus VAT, no set-up. The volume ladder (10 % from 20 pieces) applies to the shirts only; the configurator shows their price.
Year group 100 pupils — B&C Inspire Bio with two-sided screen print (single colour per side): The volume ladder (25 % from 100 pieces) applies to the shirts only, not to print or setup. At 100 pieces the screen print on white shirts costs 2 × €1.16 = €2.32 per piece plus €40 setup (2 screens at €20). Total €272.00 net. Coloured shirts need the white underbase on each side: each side is charged as 2-colour, i.e. 2 × €1.43 = €2.86 per piece, plus €80 setup (4 screens). Total €366.00 net. All print prices net, plus VAT; set-up is charged on every order, including reorders.
Small class 15 pupils — FOTL Valueweight Budget with one-sided DTF: At 15 pieces the print costs €4.16 per piece (motif up to 25 × 20 cm), so €62.40 net, plus VAT, no set-up. The volume ladder (3 % from 3 pieces) applies to the shirts only; the configurator shows their price.
