W115 Cotton Stuff Bag

The brand's best-selling pouch and the cheapest entry point among the models on this page: 140 gsm cotton with a drawcord, six sizes from 2XS (10 × 15 cm, 0.25 l) to XL (49 × 75 cm, 38 l). The price tracks the size — XL costs roughly four times as much as 2XS. Typical uses: jewellery and gift pouches in 2XS/XS, shoe and laundry bags from M upwards. Finishing area up to 45 × 55 cm depending on size.

W530 Canvas Accessory Pouch

A flat zipped pouch in 407 gsm brushed cotton canvas with a vintage-style metal zip — noticeably heavier than anything else on this page. Four sizes: XS 12 × 8.5 cm for cables and pens, L 28 × 20 cm for cosmetics or tablet accessories. Print area 6.5 × 9.5 cm (XS) to 18 × 26 cm (L).

W915 Recycled Cotton Stuff Bag

Size ladder and cut are identical to the W115; the material is the difference: 170 gsm of 100 % recycled cotton instead of 140 gsm virgin cotton, plus recycled drawcords. Only Natural and Black, but with the material story that sustainability campaigns need. Natural is cheaper than Black in every size.

W540 Canvas Accessory Bag

Same 407 gsm canvas and same metal zip as the W530 — the difference is the shape: the W540 is a boxy wash bag with a flat base rather than a flat pouch. Three sizes, S 17 × 7 cm (1 l), M 26 × 12 cm (3 l), L 31 × 15 cm (5 l). Hand wash recommended. L costs more than S and M.

W701 Tea Towel

A tea towel, not a bag — and exactly for that reason interesting for hospitality, farm shops and Christmas campaigns: 170 gsm cotton, 50 × 70 cm, four colours, all at the same price. A large, smooth panel that carries a full-width screen print.

W216 Premium Cotton Stuff Bag

The heavy sibling of the W115: same drawcord construction, but 200 gsm instead of 140 gsm, five sizes from XS (14 × 20.5 cm) to XL (49.5 × 75 cm), and only Natural and Black. Pick it when the pouch is part of the product itself — packaging for jewellery, toys or sets that gets opened repeatedly. Finishing area up to 45 × 55 cm.

Which finishing fits Westford Mill Accessories?

The small formats decide the process. On 2XS and XS pouches (10 × 15 and 14 × 20 cm) there is little room — there we usually work with flex printing or a small embroidery, because a screen rarely pays off on that area. From size M upwards screen printing makes sense: we offer it from 50 pieces, and the higher the run, the cheaper it gets, because the set-up (€20 per screen (net), on every order; on every colour except white and off white, natural included, a white underbase adds one more screen) is spread across more pieces.

The canvas pouches W530 and W540 are dense enough at 407 gsm for embroidery — that is the finish that looks most premium on this material. We recommend transfer printing for multi-colour artwork on small areas.
