Milano 1/4 Zip Pullover — HXR-1 (29718)
222 gsm made of 46 % recycled polyester, 45 % polyester and 9 % elastane, with four-way stretch, H2X-DRY moisture management and UV protection 50+. Flatlock seams and a chin guard at the zip. With three colours (Black, Charcoal Heather, Classic Blue Heather) it is the most versatile model of the range and the entry point into the assortment.
Men's Treeline 1/4 Zip Pullover — HTZ-2 (29918)
The heavier sibling of the Milano: 270 gsm made of 88 % polyester (44 % of it recycled) and 12 % elastane, with pre-shaped shoulders and contoured side panels. Functionally the same build as the Milano — the difference is the fabric weight, the size range up to 3XL, and the fact that there is only one colour: Black Heather.
Women's Milano 1/4 Zip Pullover (29618)
The same 222 gsm fabric as the unisex Milano, but in a women's cut with pre-shaped shoulders; sizes XS to XL in Black and Classic Blue Heather. To kit out a mixed team consistently, combine 29718 and 29618 — same look, same price, the same motif.
Women's Treeline 1/4 Zip Pullover — HTZ-2W (29818)
The women's version of the HTZ-2 with the same 270 gsm and the same material mix, sizes XS to XL, likewise only in Black Heather. The visible difference to the men's model is the cut, not the fabric — so both can be mixed within one team look.
Which finishing fits StormTech sweatshirts?
Both ranges are elastic polyester-elastane fabrics, not cotton sweats. DTF printing is the most forgiving process here because the transfer moves with the stretch. Embroidery is the most durable option for company logos and sits more stably on the 270 gsm Treeline than on the lighter Milano. Screen printing (from 50 pieces) is the cheapest area on large runs — on stretch fabric, plan for compact motifs.
