RC080X — Houston 5-Panel Printers Cap
The cheapest cap in the Result range: 125 gsm, 100 % polyester, 5-panel construction with a seamless front panel. That seamless front is exactly what makes it the first choice for large transfer and flex prints — no seam runs through the artwork. Pre-curved peak made of recycled polyurethane, stitched eyelets, adjustable velcro closure and a re-labellable tag for own brands.
RC031X — Softex Beanie
Double-knitted beanie in 100 % acrylic with a notably soft handle and a longer cut that can be worn with or without a turn-up. With 25 colours — from Reflex Blue through Claret to Oatmeal — it has the widest colour choice in the entire Result accessory range, which makes it the model to pick when club or company colours have to match exactly.
RC081X — Memphis 6-Panel Low Profile Cap
The cotton alternative to the Houston: 280 gsm brushed cotton instead of polyester, 6 panels instead of 5 and a reinforced front panel. It sits flatter on the head (low profile) and takes embroidery thread far better than the smooth polyester caps — the right choice when the logo is to be stitched rather than printed.
RC033X — Heavyweight Thinsulate™ Woolly Ski Hat
The warmest hat in the range: 340 gsm knitted acrylic with 3M™ Thinsulate™ insulation and a Scotch Guard finish, making it water- and dirt-repellent. It comes in five colours including Fluorescent Orange and Fluorescent Yellow — so it matches the Result hi-vis line and is frequently ordered together with safety vests.
RC029X — Woolly Ski Hat
Same knit density as the RC033X (340 gsm acrylic), same wide turn-up — but without the Thinsulate™ lining and without the Scotch Guard finish. That is the only difference between the two models, and it accounts for €1.68 net per piece. For indoor use, events and promotions the RC029X is enough; for outdoor work in wet conditions take the RC033X.
RC084X — Boston 5-Panel Printers Cap
Like the Houston it is 5-panel with a seamless front, but made of 260 gsm blended fabric (65 % polyester, 35 % cotton) instead of pure polyester — heavier, more dimensionally stable and with a matte handle. 17 colours including Khaki and Apple Green, reinforced front panel, peak made of recycled polyurethane.

Which finishing fits Result accessories?
The material decides, not the run size:
- Knitted beanies (RC031X, RC029X, RC033X) in acrylic are finished with embroidery. On coarse knit a stitched logo sits cleanest because the thread bonds with the knit structure.
- Polyester caps with a seamless front (RC080X, RC084X) are built for transfer printing and flex printing — the continuous surface takes wide lettering without seam offset.
- Cotton caps (RC081X) take embroidery thread best; here we recommend stitching on the reinforced front panel.
- Shoppers and scarves we finish with transfer printing, because the area is large and the fabric is smooth.
On headwear the curve limits the artwork size — for embroidered cap logos we work with up to 8 cm width on the front panel, and on beanies the turn-up is the finishing area. More on this under embroider caps.
