How easy it is to design your cap
Four steps, no minimum order, transparent prices. You see the per-piece final price already in the configurator.
- Choose model — Snapback, trucker, beanie or Flexfit. Filterable by brand and colour.
- Set quantity — One piece or thousand. Quantity discount applied automatically.
- Upload or design logo — Vector (SVG, AI, EPS) preferred for embroidery. We check the file and get back to you if needed.
- Order and decorate — We digitise the embroidery motif, embroider or print and deliver in 7–10 working days as standard (embroidery: 8–12 working days production plus shipping).
If you do not have a print-ready logo, our graphics team handles the preparation (price on request). Logo digitising (embroidery programme) costs €27.50–€88.00 net, plus VAT, depending on the stitch area and is charged on every embroidery order, including reorders; we keep your embroidery file.
Which decoration suits the cap?
Caps have curved fronts and tight materials — not every printing process works equally well. Our recommendations:
- Embroidery — The standard process for caps. Premium feel, durable for years, perfect for logos on snapback or trucker fronts. Possible from 1 piece; since the digitising fee applies per order, embroidery pays off especially at larger quantities.
- DTF printing — For complex, multi-colour designs on flat front materials. Economical even at low quantities. Ideal for beanies and uncurved crown designs.
- Transfer printing — For detailed logos with gradients, mainly on flexible materials like Flexfit caps and beanies. From 1 piece.

Quantity discount — pricing tiers
The quantity discount applies to the cap price (the goods), not to embroidery, printing or the digitising fee. The tier is set by the quantity per product — all colours and sizes of one model count together. The configurator shows the cap price per model live.

The embroidery itself is priced by stitch area and quantity according to the embroidery price list. Example front logo 7 × 5 cm (35 cm², tier up to 40 cm²): €11.18 per piece for 1–9 pieces, €6.99 for 20–49, €5.07 for 50–99 and €4.39 for 100–149 pieces, plus the digitising fee of €33.00 on every order, including reorders. Each additional embroidery position (side, back) is priced the same way by area and quantity, with its own unit price and its own digitising fee. All prices net, plus VAT.

Example 1 — Trades business, 28 caps A typical example: an electrical company from Leipzig orders 28 Beechfield CB001 in black with embroidered company logo on the front. Use case: workshop caps for the service team.
Example 2 — Streetwear label, 60 snapbacks A typical example: a young Berlin label has 60 Atlantis Snap-Back in three colours printed with DTF (four-colour design) on the front. Lead time: 9 working days. Use case: first own capsule collection for the online shop.
Example 3 — Sports club, 18 beanies A typical example: a sports club has 18 Beechfield CB060 cuffed beanies in club colour embroidered with a small embroidered crest on the cuff. Use case: winter beanies for coaches and senior players.
