Heavy Blend Crewneck 18000
Our most-ordered Gildan sweatshirt: 270 g/m² (white 255 g/m²), 50 % cotton / 50 % polyester, crew neck, set-in sleeves, elastic ribbed cuffs and double needle stitching. It is the crewneck to the Heavy Blend hoodie 18500 — same fabric, same colour world, just without the hood. White costs €9.49, the standard colours €10.92 (net, sizes S to 2XL).
Softstyle Midweight Fleece Crewneck SF000
The soft variant: 285 g/m² (white 278 g/m²), 80 % ring-spun cotton / 20 % polyester, brushed inside and a forward shoulder seam. Against the 18000 it differs only in yarn and handfeel — the cut is unisex and classic as well. The price is identical across all 27 colours: €11.00 net from size XS; it stops at 4XL instead of 5XL.
DryBlend Crewneck 12000
At 305 g/m² (white 287 g/m²) the heaviest of the four, 50 % cotton / 50 % polyester with moisture-managing DryBlend finish, double stitched at collar, armhole and waistband, and without a sewn-in label. In return it is the narrowest range: eight colours, sizes S to 2XL. White €12.60, coloured €14.28 (net).
Heavy Blend Youth Crewneck 18000B (kids)
The kids' version of the 18000 with the same 270 g/m² (white 255 g/m²) and the same 50/50 blend. Sizes XS (104/110) to XL (176) in eleven colours, white €7.55, coloured €8.39 (net). For school groups that need adults and children in the same look, it pairs with the 18000 colour for colour.
Which finishing fits Gildan Sweatshirts?
Heavy Blend 18000, DryBlend 12000 and the kids' 18000B are 50/50 blends with a slightly open surface — screen printing (from 50 pieces) covers best on them and stays cheapest from medium runs upwards. The ring-spun Softstyle SF000 is denser and smoother; here DTF printing and embroidery deliver the finer edges, for small company logos for example.
All four models are tubular, so they have no side seams. That is a practical advantage in print: the front stays flat across its full width, and large artwork does not distort at a seam.
