How easy it is to design your kids shirt

- Choose model — Organic T-shirt, classic, hoodie. Filterable by brand, colour and size.
- Set quantity — One piece or several classes. Quantity discount applied automatically.
- Upload or create your design — Class logo, club crest, individual motif. Vector (SVG, AI, EPS) or high-resolution pixel file.
- Order and decorate — We check your file, print skin-friendly and deliver as standard in 7–10 working days.
If you do not have a print-ready logo, our graphics team handles the preparation — price on request.
Which decoration suits kids shirts?
Children's skin is more sensitive and class shirts are washed often. For kids clothing we exclusively use processes that leave a soft feel and are approved for organic cotton.
- Digital printing (DTG) — Our standard for kids shirts. Skin-friendly, water-based inks without plastic feel. Photo quality, soft feel, ideal for Stanley/Stella Mini Creator and B&C Kids Inspire. Economical from 1 piece.
- DTF printing — For multi-colour designs on blended fabrics or hoodies with polyester content. Robust, stretchy, soft enough for kids shirts.
- Flex printing — For single-colour class logos and back numbers on club kit. Very durable, vibrant colours.
- Embroidery — On request for club crests and school hoodies, mainly on more robust models like B&C Kids 210.

Quantity discount — pricing tiers
The tiers apply to the goods only (the kids shirt), never to the decoration:

Example calculation for a Stanley/Stella Mini Creator with single-side DTG print (A4, four colours): the shirt is priced as on the product page, less the tier above. The A4 DTG print (624 cm², format up to 40 × 25 cm) is added without discount and without set-up: €5.00 per piece at 1–24 pieces, €4.83 at 25–49, €4.16 at 50–99, €3.74 at 100–249, €3.32 at 250–499, €3.15 at 500–999 and €2.98 from 1,000 pieces — all prices net, plus VAT. The configurator shows the live final price.
For pure class orders with Fruit of the Loom Kids Valueweight, 10 % off the shirts already applies from 20 pieces — an affordable option for school trips and field days.

Example 1 — Class T-shirts, 28 pieces A typical example: a 4th primary class from Magdeburg has 28 Fruit of the Loom Kids Valueweight in bright yellow printed with DTG (class logo + class slogans individually per child) for the school trip. Price: shirts as on the product page, plus DTG print without set-up, tiered by quantity per motif — for single motifs €3.32–5.84 net per print position depending on motif size. Lead time: standard 7–10 working days. Use case: shared memory and easy spotting on the school trip.
Example 2 — Sports club, 24 training shirts A sports club has 24 B&C Kids T-Shirts 210 in club colour green printed with flex (club logo + player name and number on the back). Price: shirts as on the product page with 10 % off the goods, flex print on request. Lead time: 9 working days. Use case: U10 training shirts for the season.
Example 3 — Birthday, 1 gift A private customer orders 1 Stanley/Stella Mini Drummer Hoodie in white with custom DTG print (photo + birthday text) as a personalised gift for a goddaughter.
