- Order and have customised — File check, print approval, production. 7–12 working days, for embroidery 8–12 working days of production plus shipping.
File preparation on request. Digitising (embroidery programme for your logo) costs €27.50–88.00 net per motif and size depending on the embroidery area and is charged on every order.
Which finishing suits which polo?
- Embroidery — top recommendation for polos. High-quality, refined, durable. Ideal for chest logos on B&C PUC11, B&C Pro Polo and Stanley/Stella Prepster 2.0. Sensible from 5 pieces.
- Digital printing (DTG) — For cotton polos (e.g. Stanley/Stella Prepster 2.0). Photo quality on chest or back. From 1 piece.
- Screen printing — For large back prints (e.g. club, ad slogan). Worthwhile from 50 pieces.
- DTF printing — For complex designs on blends (Russell Cotton Polo, FOTL 65/35). Also in small quantities.
Note on embroidery: For embroidery we digitise your logo (embroidery programme, punching). Digitising is charged on every order, including reorders; we keep your embroidery file on file so reorders with the same logo are aligned faster.
Volume discount — pricing tier
The tiers apply to the goods only (the polo), never to embroidery, print or digitising. Example calculation: B&C Heavyweight Polo PUC11 with embroidered chest logo (single colour, 8 × 8 cm = 64 cm², tier up to 70 cm²):

Digital printing (DTG) has no set-up; the unit price falls with quantity, e.g. for a motif up to 15 × 10 cm from €3.32 net (1–24 pcs) to €2.06 net (100–249 pcs).
