I. General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Basic provisions

(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts that you conclude with us as a provider via the website www.shirtstore.de . Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any terms and conditions you may use is hereby excluded.

(2) A consumer within the meaning of the following provisions is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity.

§ 2 Conclusion of the contract

(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of goods.
(2) By placing the respective product on our website, we are making you a binding offer to conclude a contract under the conditions stated in the item description.
(3) The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows: [...] By submitting the order via the "order with payment" button, you declare your legally binding acceptance of the offer.

§ 3 Individually designed goods

You will provide us with the necessary information, texts, or files via the ordering system or by email. Our file format specifications must be observed. You agree not to submit any content that violates the rights of third parties.

§ 4 Payment methods & credit check

The available payment methods can be found under Shipping & Payment Conditions . If you select the payment method 'Invoice' or 'Direct Debit,' we reserve the right to conduct a credit check to protect our legitimate interests. This is carried out by the respective payment service provider (Buy Now, Pay Later provider).

§ 5 Right of retention, retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received. A right of retention can only be asserted for claims arising from the same contractual relationship.

§ 6 Delivery conditions

§ 7 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. Consumers are asked to report obvious defects immediately. However, failure to report them will not affect your statutory rights.

§ 8 Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) generally have a statutory right of withdrawal when concluding a distance selling contract. The conditions, deadlines, and the sample withdrawal form can be found in our separately published withdrawal and return policy .

§ 9 Choice of law, place of jurisdiction

German law applies. For consumers, this applies only to the extent that this does not deprive them of mandatory protective provisions of the country of their habitual residence. The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent permitted by law – the registered office of the provider.
