- Company Christmas party shirts — 20-200 pieces. Employee T-shirt, hoodie or sweater with subtle company logo plus Christmas message.
- Company Christmas gift packs — premium hoodies or sweaters as employee gifts. Organic cotton, premium brand (Stanley/Stella Cruiser), embroidery for refined look.
- Christmas market crew wear — 8-30 pieces. Stand crew in matching outfit, often red, green or navy. DTF with stand logo plus "Crew" backprint (screen print only from 50 pieces).
- Family Christmas shirts — 2-12 pieces. For the Christmas photo under the tree, "Mama Bear, Papa Bear, Baby Bear" or "Family Müller — Christmas 2026". DTG print, small run, big emotional impact.

- Screen Print — recommended from 50 pieces for company parties. Lowest unit price, very robust. Setup €20 per screen (net, plus VAT), charged on every order — one screen per print colour, plus a white underbase screen on coloured garments, which also counts as one more colour in the unit price.
- DTF Print — recommended for Christmas market crews (8-50 pieces). Works on any fabric, also outdoor polyester functional tops.
- Embroidery — recommended for premium employee gifts (sweaters, hoodies with organic cotton). Refined appearance, boil-proof, over 100 washes durability.

All finishing prices net, plus VAT, without garment; DTF is priced like digital print. The configurator shows the price of the hoodie, sweater or shirt — the volume discount applies to the garments only.
Configurator workflow — Christmas order in 5 steps
- Pick use-case. Company Christmas party (employee gifts), Christmas market crew, family photo set, charity Christmas market stand, school class Advent fest.
- Model and colour. Standard Christmas colours: bottle green, burgundy red, navy blue, heather grey. Organic fabrics (Stanley/Stella, B&C Inspire) for eco companies.
- Slogan or logo. "Merry Christmas from the [company] team" (classic), "Christmas Crew 2026", "Mama Bear / Papa Bear / Mini Bear" (family set), "Christmas Market [city] 2026" (crew).
- Pick finishing. DTG for photo motifs (small runs), DTF for multi-colour designs (medium runs), screen print for high volumes (200+), embroidery for premium employee gifts.
- Lead-time check. Ideally order by 24 November for delivery before Christmas Eve (standard 7–10 working days incl. finishing). With express (on request), orders are possible until mid-December. In December slots are regularly booked out.

A typical example: an 18-person sustainability consultancy in Munich orders 18 Stanley/Stella Thinker sweaters (STSU269) in Heather Grey for Christmas employee gifts. Finishing: embroidery chest (logo Pantone green) + back "Merry Christmas 2026" in white thread. Embroidery is priced per position by stitch area — for example, a chest logo 8 × 8 cm at 18 pieces costs €11.86 per sweater plus €44.00 digitising, net, plus VAT; the back is a separate embroidery position with its own unit price and digitising. Pantone matching is included in the price; a physical pre-press sample is optional (price on request). Delivery early December.
Case 2 — Berlin charity Christmas market, 35 FOTL Premium hoodies
A charity organisation in Berlin orders 35 FOTL Premium Hooded Sweat (62-152-0) in bottle green for the Christmas market crew. Finishing: one-sided DTF (charity logo + "Christmas Market 2026"). DTF runs as digital print and costs €3.15 to €5.67 per hoodie at 35 pieces depending on motif size, net, plus VAT, no setup; the hoodies get 10 % volume discount (from 20 pieces).
Case 3 — Lübeck family, 6 Creator tees for Christmas photo
A family from Lübeck orders 6 Stanley/Stella Creator tees (STTU755) in forest green for a family Christmas photo (parents + 4 children). Finishing: one-sided DTG (Mama Bear, Papa Bear, Mini Bear × 4 with different names). Digital print costs €3.32 to €5.84 per shirt at 6 pieces depending on motif size, net, plus VAT, no setup; the shirts get 3 % volume discount (from 3 pieces).

Volume calculation examples for Christmas orders
12 family photo tees with DTG: Digital print at 12 pieces costs €4.16 per shirt for a photo up to 25 × 20 cm, so 12 × €4.16 = €49.92 net, plus VAT, no setup. The Creator shirts get 3 % volume discount (from 3 pieces), the print does not; the configurator shows the shirt price.
30 employee sweaters with one-sided embroidery: For a chest logo 8 × 8 cm the embroidery at 30 pieces costs €9.12 per sweater, so 30 × €9.12 = €273.60 plus €44.00 digitising = €317.60 net, plus VAT. The Stanley/Stella Thinker sweaters get 10 % volume discount (from 20 pieces), embroidery and digitising do not.
80 Christmas market hoodies with two-sided DTF: DTF runs as digital print; at 80 pieces a chest logo up to 15 × 10 cm costs €2.48 and a back motif up to 40 × 25 cm €4.16 per hoodie, so 80 × €6.64 = €531.20 net, plus VAT, no setup. The FOTL hoodies get 15 % volume discount (from 50 pieces), the print does not.
200 company mass gift sweaters (FOTL Classic Set-In Sweat 62-202-0) with one-sided single-colour screen print: The volume ladder (30 % from 200 pieces) applies to the sweaters only, not to print or setup. At 200 pieces the screen print on white sweaters costs €1.16 per piece plus €20 setup (1 screen): 200 × €1.16 + €20 = €252.00 net, plus VAT. Coloured sweaters need the white underbase: €1.43 per piece (as 2-colour) plus €40 setup (2 screens): 200 × €1.43 + €40 = €326.00 net. Setup is charged on every order.

Important: In December express slots are regularly booked out. Confirmation of delivery date is in writing in the quote. For very large orders (200+ pieces) in December we plan with extended standard delivery times of 10–14 working days.
Christmas market crew recommendations — what really works
Mulled-wine-proof and moisture-resistant. DTF print tolerates mulled wine, punch and moisture splashes better than DTG. For classic Christmas market crews at the mulled wine stand: FOTL Premium Hooded Sweat with DTF print.
Warm and weatherproof. For outdoor stands you need heavy hoodies (300+ g/m²). Stanley/Stella Cruiser (350 g/m²) or B&C King Sweat (320 g/m²) keep warm and look high-quality. FOTL Premium Hooded Sweat (280 g/m²) is the cheaper standard choice.
Visible in darkness. Christmas markets often start in the afternoon and go into the evening — in dusk hours a reflective strip on the back helps. Reflective flex print on the back is the right choice here.
Reusable after the season. Classic Christmas designs (stars, snowflakes, slogan without year) can be worn over multiple years. Date-specific designs (Christmas Market 2026, Town Fest 2026) are only usable for one year — for multi-year crews the reusable variant pays off.
Family Christmas photo set ideas — for unforgettable holiday cards
Bear family. Mama Bear, Papa Bear, Mini Bear (with individual name per child). Stanley/Stella Creator in forest green is the classic. DTG print delivers the photo-realistic bear illustration brilliantly.
Christmas reindeer family. Lead reindeer (parent), supporting reindeer (parent), little reindeer (children with individual names). Bottle green or burgundy red tees. Works well with DTF print for multi-colour designs.
Christmas tree set. "Tree Topper" (tallest family member), "Trunk" (parent), "Branches" (children). Heather grey tees with green print. Funny and photo-friendly.
Vintage Christmas set. "Christmas 2026" with retro typography (Bebas Neue or vintage fonts). Different colours per family member, same slogan. Works for both intimate family and extended family photos.
