Top Russell polo models

The first number is the Russell manufacturer code, the second our shop article number. Prices are net, plus VAT, per piece without finishing and apply up to size 2XL; from 3XL a surcharge applies (539M €15.12, 599M and 569M €14.28, 577M €17.64). On the 566M all sizes up to 3XL are priced alike.

Classic Polycotton Polo (539M)

The only Russell polo we stock up to 6XL — and with 14 colours the broadest as well. 215 gsm ring-spun piqué in 65 % polyester and 35 % cotton, 210 gsm in white. The high polyester share keeps it dimensionally stable and quick-drying; reinforced shoulder seams and flat-knit cuffs are built for continuous use. First choice when a team has to cover the full size range.

Hardwearing Polo (599M)

Same weight and same 65/35 blend as the 539M — the difference lies in the trim: flat-knit collar, cuffs with a double structure stripe, side vents and a release for 60 °C washing. That makes it the candidate for operations with their own laundry. The scale ends at 4XL; 5XL and 6XL run under the separate article number 59800.

Men's Classic Cotton Polo (569M)

200 gsm in 100 % combed cotton, 195 gsm in white. The lightest of the six models and the one with the softest handle — but without the shape retention of the blends. Suits hospitality, trade fairs and leisure teams rather than workshop duty.

Men's Ultimate Cotton Polo (577M)

The heaviest pure-cotton polo in the range: 215 gsm ring-spun and combed, pre-shrunk and washable at 60 °C. Instead of the usual 2-button placket it carries a 3-button placket with tone-in-tone buttons and a spare button. If you want the look of cotton with the wash resistance of a work polo, this is where you land.

Men's Fitted Stretch Polo (566M)

210 gsm in 95 % cotton and 5 % elastane, cut close to the body, with a short collar shape and a 3-button placket with contrast-coloured buttons. The elastane share is why it can be worn tighter without pulling. In Light Oxford the composition differs: 82 % cotton, 14 % viscose, 4 % elastane.

Ladies' Fitted Stretch Polo (566F)

The same stretch material as the 566M, but with a fitted cut, a narrow 4-button placket, a longer body and shorter side vents. If women and men should appear in the same look, 566F/566M is the matching pair — colour card and handle are identical.

Which finishing fits Russell polos?

On polos the logo almost always sits on the left chest, and there embroidery is the tool of choice — it copes with the piqué structure of the 539M/599M better than any print because the surface is uneven. For individual names or squad numbers, flex printing is faster (price on request).

On the smoother cotton models 569M and 577M, screen printing (from 50 pieces) works cleanly too, for example on larger back motifs. With the 566M and 566F, bear in mind that the elastane stretches the fabric: motifs are therefore kept compact and not placed across the side seams.
