65/35 Polo — 63-402-0
The workhorse of the range: 180 gsm (white 170 gsm) of 65 % polyester and 35 % cotton, washable at 60 °C, with a three-button placket, ribbed collar and neck tape. The high polyester share keeps shape and colour through frequent industrial laundering — which makes it the model for workshops, hospitality and care. Sizes S to 5XL, 20 colours.
Premium Polo — 63-218-0
Same fabric weight as the 65/35, but in 100 % cotton (Heather Grey 97 % cotton / 3 % polyester, Ash 90/10): softer hand, more matte appearance, more comfortable at office temperature. The three-button placket has tone-on-tone buttons. Pick this one when the polo is worn front-of-house rather than in a wet room. S–3XL, 20 colours.
Original Polo — 63-050-0
At 185 gsm (white 175 gsm) the heaviest of the three cotton polos, but with a two-button placket, open cuffs and no side vents. According to the product description it is easy to relabel, which makes it workable for private-label projects. White is the cheapest entry into the Fruit of the Loom polo range; coloured versions cost a little more.
Ladies' Premium Polo — 63-030-0
The fitted women's version of the cotton polo: 180 gsm (white 170 gsm), two-button placket, ribbed cuffs and side vents for freedom of movement. With 23 colours it is the most colourful polo in the range — the right pick when a team needs the same colour in a women's and a men's cut (counterpart: 63-218-0). Sizes XS–XXL.
Ladies' 65/35 Polo — 63-212-0
The fitted counterpart to the 65/35 Polo, also 180 gsm of 65 % polyester and 35 % cotton, washable at 60 °C. Differences to the men's model: a two-button instead of a three-button placket, a 1x1 ribbed collar, side seams, and sizes XS to 2XL. 17 colours that pair with the men's model.
Heavyweight 65/35 Polo — 63-204-0
At 230 gsm (white 220 gsm) around a quarter heavier than the standard 65/35, and fitted with reinforced shoulder seams. This is the polo for workwear that is worn daily and for embroidery with a high stitch count, because the denser fabric carries the design better. Nine colours, S–3XL.
Which finishing fits Fruit of the Loom polo shirts?
Embroidery is the default on polo shirts: a left chest logo, stitched rather than printed, survives the industrial laundering the 65/35 models (63-402-0, 63-212-0, 63-204-0) are built for and looks more valuable. For small runs and single-colour lettering, flex printing is an alternative (price on request); screen printing starts at 50 pieces of the same artwork.
On the cotton models (63-218-0, 63-050-0, 63-030-0) direct printing works cleanly too, because the surface is smoother than on the blend. Keep the button placket in mind on every polo: a centred motif does not work, the logo sits on the left chest or on the sleeve.
