All six models carry one price across every colour: the price in the table applies to black, navy or red just as it does to white. All prices are net, plus VAT, and exclude finishing (the shop shows gross prices). The list is sorted by stock level — the 6277 at the top is by far the Flexfit cap we finish most often.

Wooly Combed Cap 6277

The 6277 is the brand's reference cap: 63 % polyester, 34 % cotton, 3 % elastane with the characteristic wool-like surface, 6 panels, hard buckram in the front and an elastic Flexfit band. It is the only model in this list with a real size system from XS/S to 2XL (53–64 cm) instead of a single one-size fit — and with 33 colours it also has the widest choice. The firm front carries embroidery cleanly, without the fabric pulling together.

Fitted Baseball Cap 6560

Made from 97 % polyester and 3 % elastane, with a 5-panel seamless front — no centre seam, which makes wide lettering across the whole front possible. It differs from the 6277 in exactly two respects: synthetic fibre instead of a cotton blend, and a continuous front instead of a 6-panel build. Two sizes (S/M, L/XL), 8 colours, colour-matched under-visor. In our shop it runs under the internal article number 30568.

Curved Classic Snapback 7706

The snapback version with a plastic closure: one size for every head, 60 % cotton and 40 % polyester at 290 gsm. Exactly the right model when you are ordering for an event or a merch run and do not know head sizes in advance. The finishing areas are the front panel and the visor; 14 colours, among them Heather Grey, Buck and Classic Green.

Low Profile Organic Cotton Cap 6245OC

98 % organic cotton, 2 % elastane, a flatter low-profile crown and an adjustable strap with a metal buckle instead of a plastic snapback. The smooth cotton front takes transfer printing and embroidery equally well. It costs €11.76 net and comes in just 5 colours (White, Black, Navy, Dark Navy, Burnt Olive) — the cap for brands that optimise for material rather than colour choice.

Flexfit Delta Cap 180

The technical model: 92 % polyester, 8 % elastane, seamless construction, water-repellent, very light, three-layer sweatband. At €16.80 net it is also the most expensive model in the list. The 180 is fitted (S/M, L/XL) — if you need the same cap in one size, take the Delta Adjustable 180A (article no. 31468, 3 colours): identical material and the same Permacurve visor, only with an adjustable closure instead of a fixed size.

Mesh Cotton Twill Trucker Cap 6511

A trucker cut with stretch mesh at the sides and back, front in 55 % polyester, 43 % cotton and 2 % elastane with hard buckram. The mesh makes it the summer and outdoor cap of the range, while the firm front still takes embroidery. It is the only model available in three size options (S/M, L/XL, One Size) and costs €10.08 net.

Which finishing suits which Flexfit model?

Embroidery is the obvious choice for the 6277, 6560 and 7706 — all three have a firm front (hard buckram or a 290 gsm cotton blend) that holds the stitch. Flex printing pays off for single-colour logos and small runs, because no screen set-up is involved. Transfer printing plays to its strengths on multi-colour artwork and sits particularly cleanly on the smooth organic-cotton front of the 6245OC.

The Delta 180 is explicitly designed by the manufacturer for both embroidery and print; on the 6511 we finish the front panel, not the mesh.
